There are not really any children that don't like reading. There are just children who haven't found a book they like, yet:). It's important that all classroom exposes students to a variety of texts, so they can foster their own love for reading. I love reading to my fifth-graders to help them learn about different people, events, and cultures. Through reading, my students and I engage in meaningful conversations and activities that help them build their character and become global citizens. Please donate to this project to help me take my kids around the world and introduce them to new people!
