These seat cushions will make my students more comfortable as they learn. With Covid-19 still very much a concern, our classroom must utilize social distancing, and we are not allowed to have our usual rug area and comfy chairs that always foster a great, homey learning environment. Students have to sit at their desks or on the floor all day. With 24 students this year, my class is in rows at 3 feet apart, so there isn't a lot of extra space to move around. A positive mindset leads to better learning. When students are uncomfortable, either emotionally or physically, they can struggle to pay attention and learn. Giving my students a more comfortable seat in their chair, on the floor, or outside will help them stay engaged throughout the day.
