Preschool aged students are hands- on learners. They learn through exploration. The materials will help my students because they are fun and engaging. Some of my students have special circumstances and need concrete objects to help aide in learning and grasping concepts. The materials will help them when they acquire new knowledge and maintenance of skills. The items selected will help with those prerequisite literacy and math skills needed for them to achieve success on the standards tested throughout the school year. These educational materials will be enjoyable to the students.
