I teach students who have special needs. Many of my kids struggle with abstract concepts like genetics, cell division and growth, classification of living things, photosynthesis, and cell respiration. My students benefit greatly from scientific experiences that allow them to take in science with their five senses. Science is one of those subjects where people learn best by experimenting or doing - and it's hard to do science without the right tools! My students deserve and would learn best from an engaging lab experience that makes them feel like the successful scientists they are!

About my class
