These books will allow us to build our classroom library. These books will give students an opportunity to read books that have characters they can relate to! Students often don't enjoy reading because the books we have don't relate to them or they are not interested in it. All the books were specifically picked to match the needs of my students and their interests. Students will be able to pick one of these books and enjoy reading independently. This will also give students an opportunity to take the books home!
