My students are coming back to school after being away from school for 17 months. Many of my students have been home learning alone or with siblings while their parents were working. Coming back to school after being away for so long is very hard for some students while others are eager to return. Many of my students need help with food because of situations that have happened because of covid. Help me give my students snacks and drinks to provide them with food when they need it. Many times, my students come to me because they are hungry, and I need snacks to give them the energy to keep working and learning in school. I also need snacks and drinks because many times when my students get hurt and come to me for help, offering them a snack also makes everything better. Having snacks on hand in my office also helps me provide food for siblings of students when parents come in for meetings and siblings are hungry. School events also require snacks and drinks which these snacks will be used for. When students are hungry, they can't learn properly, and these snacks will help me give my students what they need to keep them going throughout the long school day that they are not used to.
