The students will benefit by being able to use the newest cooking techniques. The resources will be used to assist in the cooking of items in our culinary arts program. We are very excited about his program but my hands are tied because of the lack of resources. Please help our future chefs as we try to build a first class culinary program. Everything helps, everything! These students are inspired, and I fear they will lose their enthusiasm if we try to wing this with limited or no resources. I am fine continuing to buy food out of my own pocket as I have done from day one, but if someone is willing to help us get innovative tools that would be great. Thank you for your consideration. Many of these students are interested in learning a skill, a trade, and are not intending to go to college. I am trying my best to help them find what they love. This is hopefully a program that will change some lives.
