Children need to move! Flexible seating wobble stools and balance ball chairs allow primary age students to wobble, balance, or lean which has many physical benefits and keeps their minds more alert and focused. This type of seating creates a more equitable classroom for my diverse students and helps support their growth and learning. Increased student engagement, higher motivation and academic performance, and improved overall behavior are benefits of flexible seating. Flexible seating will allow my students to control their surroundings giving them the autonomy and comfort to stay engaged and focused while learning. Increased collaboration, creativity and classroom discussions are added benefits of flexible seating.
