Research indicates that students remember more and stay focused longer when they are hydrated. In fact, studies have found that drinking water can improve brain function by 15 percent! Having water bottles that students can keep at school and refill will help them to spend more time in the classroom. Often times students are having to leave class to come to the nurses office for a tiny plastic cup to refill over and over. These water bottles will be essential to keeping students in class for longer periods of time.

About my class
