Our school is working on a framework in our Reading Block and learning more about the Science of Reading. I want my teachers to feel empowered and equipped. These books have been shared at Instructional Coach conferences and colleagues. I want to do the research to help lead teachers in our PLC's and in their classrooms. Empowered teachers empower students. Students are why we are here. There are so many great authors who help simplify new research and strategies for us to use in the classroom. I want to learn all I can to help support my teachers.
