The students at this school do not have a gym as it was destroyed in a hurricane. So we are currently doing PE outside when we can but when inside they are in a classroom so it is challenging to complete meaningful physical activities. These yoga mats will help the students get education in Gymnastics and I will be able to run yoga classes for them that will help their physical/social and emotional health. The students at this school would be very grateful for the opportunity to be able to participate in these activities and these mats would go a long way in to helping them engage more with the activities in PE.
