After 18 months of virtual learning, my wonderful 7th graders are ready for some hands-on learning! We miss cutting paper, making posters, looking at slides under microscopes, and playing review games like slapjack! In order to be hands on, we need some basic supplies like scissors and paper! We also know how lucky we are to be learning face-to-face and know that we could switch to virtual at any point. That's why I want to make sure my students have the supplies they need to transition seamlessly to virtual. That way, we can still make posters and play games- even if we're miles apart! Also, by having a printer and a laminator, I'll be able to continue to create materials from home and drop them off with my students. Finally, my students have a love for reading, and I would love to help add to my classroom library! I also love finding fun, unique activities on Teachers Pay Teachers, so a gift card will ensure that my students can continue to do the fun activities they love like doodle notes and content-based color-by-numbers!
