This year, Google Classroom has become an effective way to reinforce learning in the classroom. Google Classroom is an excellent platform for students to review concepts at their own pace. In addition, students can complete assignments as a form of enrichment, making it an excellent way to differentiate instruction. These assignments challenge students to read, write, and listen to various genres of stories and this is where the headphones come in! In my playlist, I make sure to have appropriate video clips of people, places, and animals that are in the stories they read. Headphones help them to access these essential playlist items while I am conducting small group work in the classroom.
