We constantly use technology in my classroom. It allows students to access the curriculum by navigating symbols, videos, and images that enhance their understanding and communication skills. Unfortunately, the technology in my classroom is scarce. Students often have to share or take turns. This can be extremely challenging- especially in a socially distant environment. The easy to use HP laptops will provide my students with the independence and communication devices they need to engage in their learning. Providing students with communication devices such as these will give allow them to engage in learning with the same dignity as their general education counterparts.
