This carpet and table will allow my students to work collaboratively and comfortably together. On the carpet, we will attend morning meetings, read aloud sessions, and be able to complete our work in a warm space. Having flexible seating options in the classroom makes it feel similar to a home environment where students are comfortable. Students will also be able to work closely on group and/or partner activities and will be comfortable when doing so. The table will allow me to work with small groups and individual students to truly differentiate their instruction based on their needs.

About my class
