Health Science offers students the knowledge and hands-on skills to become a health care professional upon graduating high school. The pandemic has negatively affected student's interest in learning due to uncertainty and fear within the community. Teachers have to not only be safe but extra creative in the learning process. Many of the students do come to class hungry. Many do not eat before class. A safe and clean environment is essential to allow students to continue. Snacks will not only fuel their brain but will also help act as reward during class challenges for material review. As mentioned earlier, the pandemic has negatively affected most student's interest is school. Teacher's pay teachers is a great resource to allow fun activities for the students to complete. Fun ways for the students to learn such as providing snacks or educational games definitely benefit the students either at home or in class.
