My idea to welcome my students back after a year of mostly online learning is to personalize all students materials. Books, pencil cases, labels for bags, folders and binders. By using the Cricut machine and vinyl, I will be able to create personalized items for students to encourage ownership of their materials, lesson the chance of cross contaminated materials and I also want to bring an excitement of returning to school by surrounding students with beauty. Whether it is looking at their own materials, personalizing masks for students, or creating beautiful bulletin boards, decorations, and just creating an atmosphere of joy and acceptance. We would appreciate the funding for a Cricut machine, tools and vinyl to help students feel welcomed back to school this year.
