My students' take the iReady Diagnostic and Mstep test during the warmer months of the year. I work in an older building in the inner city of Detroit and my school building does not have air. I also teach summer school. It gets extremely hot and the students at times, will not come because it is too hot! In class, the air conditioner will provide the opportunity for the kids to continue their learning and take their tests in the classroom comfortably. My classroom is a place that my students really enjoy learning and this project will only help enrich their experiences even more.
