This equipment will be used to teach students how to workout safely and proficiently, specifically focusing on their mobility and movement before getting into more complex exercises. As a fairly new educator I strive for students to gain confidence and reach their full potential. I want them to develop a passion in exercising their bodies and minds in my class. I would use this equipment in my personal fitness classes as well as after school for open hours in our fitness center. I cannot wait to kick off the start of the school year.
