I have noticed that my students are a little shy and nervous when it comes to public speaking. With the right tools and equipment, I am sure they will be in the right mindset to become more inclined to speak in class, after all it is a speech class. With this podium, my students will feel 'legit' and with a little bit of practice, will be able to take a stand comfortably behind one in order to grow into future confident public speakers. This will ultimately prepare them for college and beyond.

About my class
