The components of the National Board process will assist in making me a more effective teacher for all of my students. I will be able to use my teaching videos to reflect on my teaching, allow students to watch my videos and provide feedback as well as allow us both to reflect on the lessons that were taught. In turn, I will become a stronger teacher and help my students become more self-aware, open-minded and reflective. Becoming a nationally certified teacher is highly rewarding for me as well to work toward.

About my class
