While the materials will be used primarily in the classroom, the affects of building a community will be felt long after they've left the building. Building their self-confidence, understanding of others and community leadership is at the core of each lesson and will allow students to use these skills in their homes and individual communities. Social emotional learning is crucial to academic understanding and our classroom will be at the forefront of that model. We are excited about becoming a place where students feel safe to learn more about themselves!

About my class
