The students will use this equipment to enhance their overall fitness levels. The foam dice will be used for an activity I call Fitness Addition/Multiplication. This is a cross-curricular activity where the students will roll the dice and add or multiply (depending on grade level) the numbers together. They will then perform that amount of repetitions for a designated exercise. The poly spots will be used to help the students stay socially distanced during the lesson. They will be moving from spot to spot performing different exercises which will be at least 6 feet apart from each other. All of the equipment will be used to enhance the student's overall fitness levels. Fitness is such an essential part to my Physical Education program. Fitness is something that is essential to the overall well-being of the students. Fitness is something that students will take with them for the rest of their lives.
