Students will learn what it looks like to be a part of a team and to finish any tasks they start. Middle school can be a trying time in a child's life; which is why it's important for me to instill confidence, kindness, and team and family in my students. I believe that if they were given snacks, water bottles, and uniforms, they would feel better about being a part of the Cross Country team. Seeing others give shows students that someone is rooting for them and believes in what they can do. Also, I think it will teach students to give back to those in need or people who want to be a part of a team in the future.
