My students are eager to learn and engage with new novels this year. I believe that in order for them to have a successful learning environment, I have to search for materials and techniques that will benefit them the most. Teachers pay Teachers allows me to do that. I am able to build onto my lessons and raise the level of rigorous material. This project will allow me to purchase resources online that I can use to help motivate and engage my students to inspire them and bring joy to the classroom. As an IB English teacher my students are required to conduct in depth research and analysis of several texts we read. My goal with this gift card would be to add rigorous yet exciting material to my lessons while allowing the students to have fun and explore what we read.
