The products that I have selected will help bring a sense of peace and security to my students in the classroom. Providing my students with these supplies will also improve their social-emotional development. Many of our students are still afraid of returning to in-person learning due to the continued spread of COVID-19. I want to help my students learn the importance of acceptance, collaboration, and empathy in times of need. As a teacher, my main priority is creating and maintaining a healthy, safe, inclusive multicultural learning environment that my students consider their home away from home. It is my responsibility that my classroom is clean to reduce the risk of exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19 and other viruses. My students come from high-risk communities. Would you please help me create a safer learning environment where all students have access to the products, they need to combat the spread of COVID-19? I am asking for Lysol wipes, bounty paper towels, hand sanitizers, Clorox wipes, tissue paper, children's masks, and face shields.
