English Second Language (ESL) students often rely on information that is posted on the walls of their classroom. These posters will act as a resource that they can reference during classwork. They also offer the students a visual representation of the information. ESL students struggle with beginning their sentences, often forgetting how to start them. Practicing sentence stems with games like the dice can increase their ability to do so. These hands-on activities can help students feel comfortable answering questions and engage in discussion. It is important that my classroom offers stability and comfort to my students.
