I am a first year social worker at a charter school. I am my school first full time Social worker and I need this project to help my office feel like a fun safe place to learn and grow. My school is constantly growing. We have our first year 6 grader and next year 7th grade till we are full with 8th graders. I want to have this project so that my students get the best social emotional learning though the many years they are here. As a First year social work I have a lot on my plate and I help not just my IEP students but my whole school. Because I work with all the students I need this project to get filled so that all my students have a safe, fun place to hang out and talk about their worries, problems, or even talk about their great day.
