My students need Scholastic News magazine to learn more about the world around us. My students are eager to learn new things and live to read nonfiction texts. The Scholastic magazine will give my students an opportunity to read about current events and science topics throughout the year. They will be reading nonfiction texts on a regular basis and seeing photographs that will encourage curiosity and conversation. They will love it when the new readers arrive and seeing the topics they will be learning about. Scholastic News will make learning fun and encourage reading growth. Students will be able to take their magazine home to share their love of reading.
