My students are struggling readers, who lose attention quickly if the material is not applicable to their life. By supplying me with the listed items, I can ignite a fire in my students and encourage them to read. My students struggle with different learning challenges and face adversity every day. By reading inspirational novels, I’m hoping to encourage my students and allow them to realize they can accomplish anything they set their mind to. I want our class to remain memorable in their minds, due to the feelings they felt in our classroom.
