These specific tools will be used in a school setting whether that be in the Occupational Therapy room or in the students general education classroom. When working in the Special Education Department, we thrive to make our students as functional as possible and be able to feel as normal as possible in a general education setting. We work with students in transitioning between the OT room to the classroom. We focus on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, bilateral coordination and self regulation skills to help them be independent and successful in school.

About my class
