Our school is currently going through the process for National STEM certification. We are working on creating STEM projects and exposing our students to the scientific method and engineering skills they will need later in life. Our school is in a very low income area of Jeffersonville, Indiana and I would love to be able to expose them to a variety of real world projects, exercises and examples to learn through Science. The materials requested here will provide my students with kits to learn through problem solving and investigating to learn about the world. They also love reading about the news and particularly about young people, like themselves, that accomplishments amazing things. They can really see themselves accomplishing amazing things. It really drives them!
