My kindergarten through eighth grade students are currently learning Art in a room with no sink, making it hard for them to complete and clean up projects that involve paint, clay, and other messier materials. Also, with the current pandemic, my students' health and safety is at the forefront of my concerns. Being able to correctly wash their hands, and clean their tables is very important to me, my students, and their parents! My students are all creative and passionate artists, who are constantly on the search to try and learn new things! This is especially true after the last year and a half of learning from home, where most of my students did not necessarily have, or could afford the materials to create the art they wanted. Now that we are back in the school building, my students are more excited than ever to create! I want to support my students imaginative endeavors and encourage learning through the visual arts in any way that I can! We love using all types of art supplies in our classroom, but sometimes the messier ones cannot be used because we have no sink! Please help my students get the experience of all art mediums, and stay clean and healthy while in our classroom!
