Growing up in a small town with little diversity, it's important to expand our teachings to cultures and events outside of the classroom. This subscription will help to produce awareness and conversations to topics that may not be brought up otherwise. After we have finished the magazine in school, we then will send it home for the students to share it with their families. Our school has recently had to get rid of a program that allowed our students to take home a book every week to share with their families. This project will be a great alternative to this loss. Thanks so much! -Ms. Shay
