Students often don’t have reading materials at home to peak the interests of future readers to explore and grow. These additional materials will help foster student imagination and interests. I’d like to use these materials to offer a larger variety of small group reading topics. With the readers we will be able to widen the variety of classroom discussions, as well as broaden student thought processes. My goal is to create greater future thinkers, knowledge banks, and problem solving skills for the young expanding minds in our amazing second grade class.

About my class
