Diverse learners require different incentives and situations to help them learn. My project is based on all the different types of learners and students in my classroom, especially those who have difficulty focusing during school. Rewarding students for good classroom behavior and helping them to be able to focus is my goal this year. I work hard to make sure every student has what they need in order to understand and focus on what we are learning in our class. I realize the need for movement in the classroom, the anxiety children have, and how hard it is to focus sometimes. It is my goal this year to make sure each child feels successful and knows that they can do hard things, even if it is hard to focus and hold still.

About my class
