Each child learns differently. Educators need to try different things to make sure the students feel welcomed and safe in their classrooms so the students will want to learn. My students have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, etc. They like to get out of the desks. Some students learn better while sitting on the floor. We have cold, hard floors in our school. This rug can make a big difference to help them feel more comfortable while they are learning. Students like to have options of where they can sit and not be told to only sit at a metal desk.
