Hello donors! I want to create a calming sensory room for students that are having episodes of unregulated emotions due to unforeseen triggers. The student will have the option to sneak under a tent, under a weighted blanket, or on a soft surface in a quiet calm room until they are able to calm down. The child is able to open up and talk about what triggered their emotions once they can calm down. The calming sensory room will have the supplies needed to provide comfort and tranquility to the student in need.
