My classroom needs several manipulatives and supplies that will help my second language learners be more successful and independent while learning the English language through reading and comprehension. The donations to my project will improve their vocabulary, writing, comprehension, communication and confidence while having fun. English Language Development Vocabulary Center and sight word games will help students build critical English language skills and develops skills in identifying sight words and using them in sentences then writing them. The baskets will help each student stay organized and feel a sense of being independent in taking care of their own supplies and materials.
