Students will be able to create freely without the concern of supplies that may be unsafe. They will each have their own kits, which also builds personal responsibility in caring for items they own. We will be able to explore so many artist and art-making techniques with these simple supplies. Students flourish when they have their own markers and materials and the freedom to express themselves. Art is essential in these times that can be quite turbulent. Students find comfort in the art room and assurance that they can count on supplies being there for them. My student population does not have access to these supplies, and asking them to buy them could mean taking money away from something more important. These supplies are really just the basics, and I would love to help them with at least that. With your help, I think we can do this!
