The goal of this project is to enhance the kindergarten experience for all students in my classroom by providing them with resources that will create engaging learning experiences. Learning is not "one-size-fits-all". It is important that the learning experience provides a variety of different learners by incorporating hands-on, visual, kinesthetic, and auditory opportunities as well as students interests. The resources in this project help to provide different styles of learning, while also enhancing all aspects of our kindergarten curriculum (literacy, art, stem, etc.) . Students will have the opportunity to listen to stories while following along with the pictures and words on the book pages, create words or math problems with playdoh, and build different things we are learning about using magnetic blocks. Additionally, these resources have been intentionally chosen based on product quality to ensure multiple years of impact on students.
