The alternative seating will help students relax and feel more comfortable in the room. Students can take turns sitting on the floor or in several different chairs. This will solve boredom issues and create a way for students to easily focus more in the classroom. Remember when you were a child sitting for hours in the classroom. This project will help solve that problem for students in my classroom. They can sit on the floor on a comfy rug square. Balance on a core chair and bounce on a yoga ball to pass the time away.
