Since many of my students are learning the English language while also working hard to learn our 3rd grade curriculum, some extra things would be very useful to help them reach greatness! I already have many books with the matching cassette tapes, so the cassette players will be used at school and at home for the students to listen to and follow along with. This will show them and let them practice the correct reading speed for the best fluency. The batteries will ensure the cassette players are always ready and available for them at any time. Many of our students have a hard time sitting for long periods of times, so the inflated seat cushions will allow them to get their wiggles out while focusing on their learning. Sadly, some students don't always have the food needed for them to properly learn. If they are hungry that is all they can think about, so buy supplying them snacks they will be able to get the energy needed to be doing their absolute best. We have many online tools and games for students to practice on their computers. It is so much easier for young students to use a mouse while playing these games instead of trying to use the key pad, the the class set of the mouse will help them with their online tools.
