These materials are for a newly created elementary severe special education classroom. Due to this being a brand new class, there are no resources left behind from a prior teacher, and the district will only provide the basic curriculum. There are no resources for behavioral support, sensory help, or hands-on math materials, or even books for reading. Unless donated, I will be spending approximately $1,000 of my own money to just start the school year and ensure my students have a properly equipped classroom to learn, progress, and succeed in. Special education shouldn't be underfunded, and should be a priority for all districts and schools. Please help me make my students' learning environment a place they can excel in.
