This year our goal is to have every child read 100 books. Students want to feel comfortable and relaxed when reading silently for pleasure and enjoyment. When they have a space to feel cozy with a book, it will make reading a 100 books easy. I am looking to fund a project of a small couch and chair that would make our reading time more comfortable and relaxing for student. Right now I have two old carpets of different sizes and old throw pillows. These rugs are great but do not provide enough space or comfort needed in a classroom of 29 students.
