My students have reading disabilities and some of them dislike reading. Having interesting books to read and a place to read them will put them on the road to success. My goal is to help them learn to read by actually enjoying the reading. Sitting at a desk in a hard chair does nothing for the imagination. I want my classroom to transport them to another place. A place where words tell stories, they become real and the students can join in and be the story. They are worth it.
