As a first year teacher, I wish to provide my 3-year-old students with an endless opportunity of exploration and learning to prepare them for Pre-K. My goal is to do this by creating a fun, warm and welcoming setting that also promotes self independence. The donations to this project will help promote each child in all areas of development. In a classroom with a significant focus on play-based centers, it is important to keep students interest at a high. Students will work on fine motor skills through loop scissors, scratch paper art-sets and magnetic letter tracing boards. They will also be able to explore their senses/emotions through sensory toys and feelings games. I hope these items (and more) will lead to a year filled with constant excitement and interest in looking forward to the next day's lessons.
