Thanks for checking out my Donors Choose project. I'm asking for an upright air conditioner for my classroom to help make it a more comfortable learning environment. My classroom does not have air conditioning and that makes it quite hard for students and teachers to have a productive and fun class. It is hard to have fun, relax, and create when you are too hot. I have one AC of my own that helps mitigate the heat, but it is just not enough to make a big difference. This AC would mean the world to my students and me. The other item I'm hoping to get is a large drying rack on wheels. I'm going to be mobile this year and going into some of the classrooms instead of them coming to me. I still plan on providing the same resources and fun lessons to those students. This drying rack would allow that to happen. It is hard to store artwork to dry, let alone try to cart it from room to room. That is where the drying rack on wheels would come in extremely handy.
