It is important for schools to have a comfortable and welcoming counseling space for students and their families. The purpose of this DonorsChoose project is to acquire items that bring warmth/comfort to the counseling space, as well as books for the counseling library. The leaf mats and log stools will provide comfortable seating for when students are using the counseling space. The multicultural and differing abilities books will bring representation to the counseling space. My project says that it is supporting grades 3-5, but all students (PreK-6th) will benefit from this project. Thank you for taking time to look at this project. If this project were to be fully funded, students will benefit from the donations for years to come.
