Many of the students in my inclusion class face additional challenges in their learning. The items I have requested will help my students all reach their highest level of success. The wobble cushions will help them get their wiggles out and the headphones will cancel external noise to help them stay focused on their learning. The headphones will also be used for text to speech features in many of their assignments. Students at this age often have trouble using the built-in mousepad on their netbooks. The external mouse will be very helpful for them. Finally, the blue light filters for my florescent lights have a calming effect on many students and will help in minimizing behavioral issues in the classroom.
